Our mission is to develop youth wrestlers for the next level by providing a positive environment for physical and mental resilience.
Beginner Wrestling
Practice Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:45 - 6:45 pm
Kahalu'u Elementary
Open to ages 4 - 3rd grade, beginner level. Introductory class to basics and fundamentals of wrestling while focusing on movement and body awareness.
Monthly Membership - All Practices scheduled for entire month
Drop In Fee - Good for (1) scheduled practice

Intermediate Wrestling
Practice Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:45 - 8:00 pm.
Kahalu'u Elementary
Open to grade 4 - 8, intermediate level. Focusing on wrestling skill and reinforcing fundamentals through drilling and live matches.
Monthly Membership - All practices scheduled for entire month
